identify this grass !?!?

 

Common a few decades ago ! – for school children, this too was a play equipment.  This grass [Poa !] commonly speargrass – would be thrown from nearer and would stick on the uniform !

Not seen so commonly those days, and for sure, modern day parents do not allow their children to touch any of these !!!
